He was efficient and kind and did a good job. Wound has healed well which is just as well as I haven't seen anyone from my doctors surgery.

Mr Drake has performed several challenging operations on my face.
Recently I had a skin flap on the side of my nose. He did an excellent job and it has healed very well and hardly visible. He has also removed BCCs on my temple and behind my ear.
Mr Drake is very kind and reassuring and explains the procedure. I was happy for photos to be taken to help in future student doctor training. He even came to have a look after the dressings were taken off to see how it was healing.
I have had a follow up letter with the results and the BCCs were fully excised.
I have been completely satisfied and see no need for improvements.
I have regular check ups as I had a melanoma on my cheek a in 2017.

Dr Drake was kind ,considerate, and brilliant, right from the start his team put me at
ease, which isn't easy at my age, no I cannot make any suggestion of improvement, they couldn't have been better. I felt relaxed and confident at all times, and I'm 96 years of age, I would like to thank Mr Drake and his team for such consideration, and understanding in one so old, yes I'm healing well, thanks to his epertease.
